GE Healthcare Finnamore buys consultancy
GE Healthcare Finnamore has acquired Foresight Partnership, a niche governance and organisational development consultancy.
The Chalfont St Giles-registered company said it now planned to launch of the 'Foresight Centre for Governance', adding four members of staff and 13 healthcare governance expert associates to its specialist health and social care consultancy base of 70.
The centre will be led by former Foresight directors Adrienne Fresko and Sue Rubenstein, will join as partners reporting to GE Healthcare Finnamore's managing partner John Deverill.
It will be focused on working with NHS and other UK health and social care boards and senior teams to support excellence in governance and board effectiveness.
HMT, led by partner Andrew Thomson, director Holly Bedford and senior manager Matthew Gordon-Smith, advised the shareholders of Foresight Partnership on the deal.
Thomson said: "We are delighted to have advised Sue and Adrienne on this transaction which has allowed them to realise significant value for their business whilst joining an organisation which will provide the scale and support required to take the combined business to the next level."
