LSH makes senior Birmingham appointment

Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has named its new associate director for its Birmingham industrial and logistics agency.

The national property consultancy hired Matthew Tilt from Wolverhampton chartered surveyor Bulleys. He joined the business in 2007 and had managed its Telford office since 2010.

"LSH has a fantastic pedigree in industrial and logistics and has been enormously successful in the sector. The opportunity to join the team in Birmingham was therefore one offer I couldn’t refuse," Tilt said

Birmingham head of office Adam Ramshaw added: "The industrial and logistics sector in Birmingham and right across the Midlands is extremely active and we expect it to remain so for some considerable time. Matthew has invaluable experience in the sector and is a very welcome addition to our team."

Alex Carr, the current industrial agency director at LSH in Birmingham, will leave the office in the new year to form a new team alongside industrial and logistics division Steve Williams and Nick Lloyd, head of capital markets, at the group's London office.
