Simplify IT sets £10m revenue target
Warwickshire-based IT consultancy Simplify IT is hoping to break the £10m-turnover barrier following a five-figure investment.
Established in 2012, the business trades UK wide providing IT consultancy, associated support services and training with a team of 14 employees.
Keen to increase capacity and having outgrown its rented premises in Stratford-upon-Avon, the company turned to NatWest to secure a five-figure loan.
The deal helped Simplify IT purchase a 2,000 sq ft office unit in Alcester, based on Arrow Court.
Sales director Lee Rogers, who founded the business with technical director Michael Brookes, said: "Having won several contracts, we've been taking on a new team member every few months – but we reached a point where our office was just bursting at the seams.
"The new space is twice the size of our previous premises, so we now have the room we need to grow, take on more staff and increase revenue as a result. As well as taking on five new employees, our sights are set on doubling turnover within the next year."
Ann Marie Swift, senior relationship manager for NatWest, added: "What Lee and Michael have achieved in just two years is remarkable and a real testament to their experience, drive and customer-focussed approach.
"Having started in 2012 with just two staff and a turnover of £1.5m, it has been wonderful to support the business in getting to where it is now."
