Citibase launches second Newcastle site
A business centre has been launched in Newcastle city centre to meet the growing demands of the "new economy".
Citibase Newcastle Dean Street will provide office space to the city's growing number of small and medium-sized businesses and start-ups.
The centre will be Citibase's second in Newcastle, with the original based on Mosley Street.
The new centre has been launched in grade-II listed Milburn House.
Citibase chief executive Steve Jude said both centres are the perfect example of what members of the 'new economy' require.
"These business men and women do not want to risk their long term stability by committing to long and often expensive office leases and overheads," he said.
"Instead they demand office space with a range of facilities, in a central location, with more flexible lease terms than can be secured at most traditional offices."
Citibase offers customers more than 50 sites throughout the UK, including Nottingham, Birmingham, Manchester, London and within the M25, Cambridge, Bristol, Leeds and Edinburgh.
