North East gifted festive expansion
A company which counts The X Factor, Premier League football clubs and The Hilton as clients is expanding into the North East following growing demand for its services.
The Christmas Decorators has opened a Newcastle office, which represents one of the largest geographical areas of all 18 of its offices, supplying products between the borders of Scotland and North Yorkshire.
Enquiries have doubled every month in the lead up to Christmas, and the company is already planning to grow the North East division further.
The Newcastle office will be headed up by director Laura Perry.
Chief executive Nick Bolton said: "It is wonderful to be able to provide this service in the North East through Laura who not only is incredibly talented at what she does, but also has a huge level of local knowledge and passion for the area. We are delighted with how well the business is doing already in such a short space of time."
Perry added: "The company has been receiving more and more enquiries from businesses in the North East so it’s fantastic that we’re able to build on this and establish the business in order to cater for the demand.
"Our focus is all on the client and exceeding their expectations. If demand continues, we’ll be looking to employ people full-time within five years through training those with an interest."
The Christmas Decorators has a wide array of clients across the UK and abroad from celebrity’s homes to international airports and such locations as The Shard in London and the Christmas tree in Bethlehem town square, Palestine.
