Pegasus expands at Equinox
Pegasus Planning Consultants has expanded its operations in Almondsbury following a deal brokered by Colliers International and Williams Gunter Hardwick.
The company, which provides advice on town planning, environmental planning and urban design, has taken an additional 2,623 sq ft at Equinox. It has agreed a ten-year lease on the space, taking its total occupancy to 6,773 sq ft.
Andrew Hardwick from Williams Gunter Hardwick said: "Pegasus needed additional space to cope with increased business activity and has taken a longer term on their existing first floor office and also expanded into the ground floor."
James Preece of Colliers International added: "Equinox was recently refurbished and offers exceptional car parking levels along with a number of facilities fast becoming standard in the commercial property sector such as bike storage and shower facilities."
The deal follows a 6,500 sq ft letting earlier in the year to Cambridge Silicon Radio.
