Proteus takes Queen Square space

A Bristol marketing and communications agency has taken space at one of Queen Square's most prominent buildings.

Proteus Creative Communication has agreed a ten-year lease on 2,436 sq ft of space at King Williams House. The company, which employs 16 staff, has moved from Redcliffe Parade

The period mid-terraced property, which formerly operated as a potato processing factory, is a prominent building on the east side of Queen Square.

Ross Wigley of joint letting agent JLL said: "This letting follow a resurgence of interest in high quality, newly refurbished space in Bristol, particularly as the economic climate continues to improve.

"Modern, stylish, open plan space for SMEs is now highly sought after in the city, particularly amongst Bristol's growing creative sector."

King Williams House is being marketed by joint agents JLL and Colliers International.
