BFL buys new Bridgend base

Building services contractor BFL Electrical has purchased a new head office in Bridgend.

BFL, which was formed eight years ago in Port Talbot, said the two-story office block on Village Farm Industrial Estate will serve as its new headquarters.

"The business is going very well and, while we will be keeping facilities in Port Talbot, this new headquarters will give us modern, professional facilities and provide us with a great base from which our company will operate," said director Carl Clement.

"We feel the time is right to take this opportunity as the company looks set for sustainable growth over the next few years."

BFL  appointed former Wales and British Lions player Richard Hibbard as business development director. He will promote the company in South Wales.

Knight Frank acted for the landlord on the sale of the building.
