Omnia Group expands with lettings branch

A Sheffield-headquartered property management company has expanded into a new office in the city centre after branching into residential lettings.

Due to a recent rise in client demand, Omnia Group has launched its residential arm Omnia Lettings after acquiring a 2,000 sq ft of office on Edward Street, creating five jobs.

Amy Ryan at Omnia Property Group said the lettings division has an "increasingly large" tenant database seeking residential rental properties and about 200 properties in its private landlord portfolio.

"We are hoping to grow this significantly over the next 12 months and eventually make this division as large as the others we have," she added.

"It’s great to be in a position to be able to employ more local people and to increase our presence in the region and indeed the UK."

Omnia Group now employs a total of 40 staff based in Sheffield, Birmingham, Livingston, London, Bournemouth and Doncaster. It has been in operation for more than a decade and has grown organically year-on-year.
