Recruitment firm ties up £8.5m finance package

Dutton International has agreed an £8.5m funding deal with the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) as the specialist recruitment company eyes a number of growth opportunities.

Based in Sheffield, Dutton International specialises in providing permanent and contract personnel to companies involved in the construction, engineering, petrochemical, power generation, nuclear engineering and associated industries.

The £54m-turnover business supplies staff to operators located throughout the country, and has branches in Aberdeen, Cardiff, Hull, Leeds, London, Sheffield and Stockton.

The facilities include a £6.5m refinancing package from RBS Invoice Finance and £2m of new funding to support acquisitions and managements strategic plans.
